prevention

While after-care for victims of sex-trafficking is important, wouldn't it be better if it was all prevented in the first place?  In the face of the urgent need to get kids off the street, prevention has been the more-neglected side of human trafficking up to this point.  This is slowly changing as more and more people join the abolition effort and we're able to diversify.  If you haven't yet gotten involved in anti-trafficking ministry, I greatly encourage you to consider working on the preventative end.  Here are some ideas of how to do so:
  1. Sexual Abuse Awareness
  2. Equality Training
  3. Youth Work
  4. Foster Care or Adoption
  5. Education
  6. Careers
  7. Pray
